Brief
To design and deliver six in-person pop-up activations for Spotify at key media agency offices in France, Spain and the UK as part of the Spotify Performs campaign designed to shift perceptions of Spotify’s advertising effectiveness. Each event would feature brief educational content, branding, fun food & beverage, and an interactive experiential moment.
Delivery
For the experiential activation we proposed a fast‑paced rhythm game that turns full‑funnel performance on Spotify into a hands‑on, high‑energy challenge. Players tap three drums, which link to ‘ format lanes’ (Audio, Video, Display) in time with the music. Clearing levels unlocks bite‑size multi‑format proof points, showing how mixing formats on Spotify drives impact from Awareness → Consideration → Action.
As the design lead for this game, I delivered a distinctive visual identity and motion graphics that bridged Spotify's existing brand language with nostalgic arcade charm.
